  • Heavy duty notching unit with combination dies to provide Slip & Drive, TDX, Snaplock and Pittsburgh notch patterns
  • Tie rod hole punching (optional)
  • Dual hydraulic cylinder shear with high carbon, high chrome D-2 shear blades. Unit is designed with fully adjustable heavy duty gibs and heavy torsion synchronization shaft to insure proper shear angle throughout the stroke
  • Vicon PC based control system capable of controlling a complete system
  • Length tolerance ± 1/32"
  • Line speed approximately 70 FPM
  • Production speed determined by length and type of blank
  • Ring type beading with SMACNA spacing
