Entering fittings on the fly during the take off process is painless since there is no need to close the existing job in order to produce one or more “rush” fittings. Material waste is minimized through the use of the powerful SuperNest feature, which includes common line cutting and nest-in-holes capabilities improving the overall bottom line.
Special parts can be drawn using the true CAD Sketch feature and CAD created .dxf files can be downloaded to the software for import and cutting on the machine. Completely flexible reporting capabilities allow you to generate a variety of job reports such as material usage by total pounds per job including material waste, shipping lists, connector, vane & reinforcement lists, accessory lists, liner lists, shear and coil line lists, and complete fitting & job costing lists. |
