VICON V12 Rollformer Produces custom forms and profiles

This 12 station, 24 spindle rollformer is built to run special shapes that you require. Our rollform tooling engineers will design tooling to meet your requirements. The VICON V12 can be tooled in the center between the spindle bearing frames and/or outboard of them on the spindle extensions. Depending on the shape and size of your part the V12 can accommodate as many as four rollform profiles.
