The Vicon TDX II Rollformer will produce SMACNA's T25a or T25b connections. Material is formed to produce a SMACNA approved transverse flange connection.
The machine has an unlatching feature so that round pipe can be notched after it is rolled.
Tap-in locks can be notched after they are roll formed. The punch will notch right up to the standing seam profile by setting the guide depth. The notch pattern can be performed in the flat, prior to roll forming.
The VICON Cheek Bender will form 1/4" and 7/16" male quarter edge flanges to the cheeks of your fittings. The forming station is inclined to make it ergonomically correct to the operator, allowing for ease of use and higher production rates.
